At the Windsor Court Hotel our discriminating guests expect the very best, and we accommodate them. Not only are we the best in New Orleans, the Windsor Court was voted "Best Hotel in the World" by readers of Conde Nast Traveler in October 1998. We've been called "one of the most flawlessly elegant hotels in the world" and have reaped hundreds of prestigious awards since opening eighteen years ago. As we mature, we continue to reach for new heights of excellence
Most recent user reviewsScore 3 out of 5 Tired Ben, 2007-03-11 downtown shopping center. The Windsor Court is considered to be high quality, but it looked and felt--well, worn-down--to us. The wooden cabinets were in disrepair, the phone gave only busy signals, the drapes had been pulled off track by the housekeeper (according to the person who came to fix it), room service was either too early or late, and we got wrong information from the front desk about whether or not the business center was open. I know that the hurricane has affected service throughout the city. It's just too bad that a reputedly top-drawer hotel has to be an example of the tragedy that is so much a part of New Orleans today. The river walk is across the street. We have stayed here at the Windsor Court before the hurricane and the rooms were very clean but, now the rooms have dust on the walls, the curtains were coming down the baseboards were covered in dust. We had to even ask for a matress pad to be put on the beds. Score 5 out of 5 Terrific get away john, Chicago, IL, 2005-03-30 This is the Four Seasons of New Orleans. World class service and comfort. All positives with the rooms, dining and lounges, and health facilities. |
