Most recent user reviewsScore 2 out of 5 our experience Anonymous, New Orleans, LA outlet mallIt started when we first walked into the lobby, there was nobody at the desk.We waited there for about 15 minutes until someone came.We went to the room, and it just had a stuffy feel, like the air was really thick.I wasn't impressed with the room, for the price.We checked out the next day, again there was a wait for the receptionist to come.They were not busy at all when we were checking in or out. The continental breakfast was anything but continental.I am usually not one to complain, but i find experiences helpful when making plans.
