I showed them my computer print out with the confirmation number and they basically told me "Sorry, we dont have the reservation here and we don't have any rooms." I pitched a fit and all of a sudden they found my reservation - they said it hadn't been put in the computer. And all of a sudden, they just so happened to have a room available - king, non-smoking (just what I had requested). I will not be staying there in the future. Score 2 out of 5 get what you pay for Anonymous, 2005-10-05 no clock/radio...breakfast was weak...no wireless/internet... |
