They tape a broadcast each Monday at the Kentucky Theater, which is just a short walk from the inn. Free coffee in the lobby. Only $5:00. Very interesting.We were very pleased with our two night stay at the cozy Gratz Park Inn. With the exception of the bed, the inn met all of our expectations. It was just plain charming. The room was small, as one would expect in an old building. The location of the inn was excellent--very quiet and an easy walk to the Kentucky Theater and the Thoroughbred Park. The staff was excellent in every way. We did not enjoy the high bed that required a small step stool nor the Swedish mattress. But, maybe that was because of our early senior citizen age. The restaurant, Jonathan's, was excellent--don't miss it! All in all, we would recommend this inn to our friends. |
