Dining, grocery store, shopping, restaraunts, even a movie theater was within easy walking distance. Score 1 out of 5 Rip off Anonymous, 2006-09-05 lots of chain restaurantsNo breakfast, only coffee. Crappy Showers. Bed was equivlalent to sleeping on a slab of concrete. Staying somewhere else next time. Score 5 out of 5 Great stay for overnight or extended. Toby, 2006-08-10 Cracker Barrel & Red Lobster right next door. The hotels is 20 miles from Indy, the room was great, Receptionist great, Layout of hotel & room great, and the morning hot breakfast bar had real eggs, bacon, biscuts & gravey, pancakes, etc., served in classic buffet style. There was also a full time attendent for breakfast as well.. The only drawback is there sre so few of them. Score 5 out of 5 Better than expected Anonymous, Charlotte, NC, 2006-07-10 There is a Cracker Barrel on one side of Motel 6 and a Red Lobster on the other side.I was very satisfied with Motel 6 in Anderson, Ind. I was just looking for a room to sleep in that was reasonable and found a very clean and confortable room at Motel 6. Since I only needed one bed there was a table and chairs for me to sit at to read and eat. The bed was comforatble and they had obviously redone the bathroom. It was newly painted and there was a shower stall (very nice and roomy) which I prefer to the tub/shower combination. It is next to a Cracker Barrel which is my favorite travel eating place. It is conveniently located close to the I-69 exit with a shopping center across the street and several restaurants and fast food places close on the same road. They, also, allow pets which is a must for me. Score 5 out of 5 Relaxing stay Ronald, Indianapolis, IN, 2006-07-02 We were in town for a softball tournament and just needed a clean, comfortable place to sleep and relax. Score 3 out of 5 Nice for cheap place to sleep Anonymous, 2006-05-08 There is a Target near if your need to pick up something you may have forgot or did not know you would need.the rooms were clean but very basic, no frills. but that's not what you would expect at an economy hotel. It is what you expect. the only complain I have is the noise levels. I could not sleep well some nights because I could hear people talking in the parting lot. But the room were clean and I felt safe there, just noises at times. Score 4 out of 5 Good No Frills Option Anonymous, Dallas, TX, 2005-06-06 If you are looking for fancy in-room amenities, this is not the place for you. If however you are needing decent accomodations for a good price, keep this one in mind. Enough TV channel options to keep you occupied, outdoor pool, comfortable if not extravagant rooms. It will be money well spent. Score 4 out of 5 friendly Elizabeth, Indianapolis, IN, 2005-05-21 clean but selled funny we stayed in a handicapped room it served the purpose of of our needs |
