The Ohare la quinta was quiet and comfortable, the room was exceptionally clean. The staff were both courteous and helpful and helped make my stay enjoyable. The resturants close by was very convenient and the continental breakfast was good and fresh.

Our stay at the La Quinta Inn Chicago O Hare Airport was a pleasant one. The desk personnel were friendly and very efficient. We were checked in and up to our room in shor order. The facility was well maintained and very clean. We had an early flight the next morning and the hotel staff and shuttle driver made our trip to the airport as painless as possible.

Having the dependable shuttle to the airport made it possible to access the public transportation system easily and economically.

The La Quinta at Elk Grove Village was very satisfactory for the reasonable price. It was essential for me to have a dependable shuttle to the airport. The shuttle provided was excellent, it was consistant and very predictable. The motel was also located in proximity to the Enterprise car rental so that I was able to rent a car and be picked up for the car rental without having to pay the higher prices of rental at the airport. Although it was in plans to spend only the first night at this motel, I decided to make it my last nights stay as well due to the ease of getting to the airport.

We liked everything about the room except for the fact that it smelled like there had ben smokers in the room sometime in the past. The heater worked exceptionally well, which we appreciated, as we are from the south and it was cold in Chicago while we were there.

An Italian and American restaurant within 100-200ft of hotel. Subway/McDonalds within a block.

I was pleasantly suprised to learn that the hotel provided a free shuttle to the airport every hour. Friendly and helpful staff and maids. Well worth the price. Restaurants nearby.

They have a great restaurant next door. I only had a salad, but the sevice was great, and again the staff friendly.

La Quinta. Elk Grove Village, Il.. The room had alot of space. Also the staff was very friendly. I had to ask a few question's. Regarding location's of some area's, and they were very helpfull, and took the time to look them up for me. Also back to the room. I was impressed with the bathroom size. It was large, also it did have a seperate vanity area. It was in a somewhat circular shape. I have never seen a bathroom in a room like that one before. Everything I needed was also at my finger tip's, and if I ran out of coffee, they would bring me up extra. Over all, a great stay..

Confusion at check in

My Mother and I were to meet in Chicago, she arriving by plane at 600am. I made the reservation and was advised the hotel did not have early check in and we would have to reserve the hotel for the night before. I made the reservation and we made our plans to meet. My mother arrived that morning and was advised her room was given away and the credit card was charged. She was made to wait for about an hour, while a room was prepared. They did apologize and the room charge was reversed. So, we were taken care of, but there was some confusion on procedure for an early check in.
