The only thing that makes me wonder is I found a spoon under the sofa in the couch makes me wonder how much indepth the house keeping really is. but for the price I would stay again. I notice your are located more near a industrial area. there was not much information givin as far shopping and dining. Had to drive aways to find anything. Score 2 out of 5 close to the allstate arena Anonymous, 2007-03-02 when driving to the arena be aware that there is no sign you must look for the target right next door.i was quite dissapointed with my stay here. i was checked into a smoking room that had no ashtrays or a tv remote. when i called the front desk it took an hour to get one ashtray and then i never recieved a tv remote. the pool was freezing and smelled. the only positive thing i have to say is the cost and location. We didn't have to worry about noises or odors or anything distracting us from enjoying our last few hours with out son. I liked that the bathroom was separate from the vanity area and there was adequate space for hanging clothes. The location was fair but not perfict. I would stay there again. It was convenient to O'Hare airport, but I would not stay here again. I was disapointed that it did not have High Speed internet access in the room. The hotel was convienient in its location, but was run down. In my room the toilet had a film in the water that made me sick. The walls in the room had stains on them as the carpet did as well. The room was so dusty. I was there for about 15 minutes before leaving to change hotels. The front desk man was very understanding and allowed me to cancel my room. I will not stay at this location again. I would highly recommend this hotel, it is close to the highway and 20 minutes to downtown. Denny's is around the corner and a 24hr 7-Eleven. |
