Close to University, shopping

Property is located across the street from the University of Idaho, and close to the Palouse Mall. Bare bones acomodations, overpriced in my opinion.

Great customer service

Just across the street from the hotel is a popular fast-food restuarant which fits the bill if you've just finished a long trip on the road.

The Super 8 Motel was easy to find being right off the main highway. There is a nearby restuarant just across the road which is very convenient. The room was clean, simply furnished and quite comfortable. We especially appreciate the excellent service from the hotel manager who answered all of our questions and made us feel right at home.

Rude hotel staff

The check in staff was the most rude that I have ever dealt with. I had made a reservation for two double beds. When I arrived the staff said that there were only single beds and we would need to sleep on the ground. After showing my reservation of two beds, the person still did not want to give me a room with two beds. I said that I would pay for the upgrade. She finally found a room with two beds. Moscow is a small city with not many hotels. I would highly recommend to make a reservation at any other hotel, or go to Pullman, WA since there are not any other hotels to fall back on if this behavior happens again.
