Very unfortunate coincidence we ended up staying there this weekend. You do, however, need to cross a very busy street for most of the restaurants.The Heartland Inn in Coralville,IA was adequate. The staff were very cordial. The food service, which was included in the room rate, was very good. It was the highlight of the stay. We had a wonderful breakfast, which included fresh hot waffles. The evening that we stayed we were served a picnic too. The cost of the room was good with the food amenities. I feel that the hotel was clean, but the rooms were outdated and dark. I would probably choose another hotel if I returned to the area. However, this hotel has wonderful services for the clinics at the Univ. of IA Medical Center, including transportation from the hotel to the hospital.
