Outrigger Fairway Villas feature brand new deluxe town home condominiums in the exclusive Waikoloa Resort on the Kohala Coast of Hawaii's Big Island. Located adjacent to the Waikoloa Beach Resort Beach Golf Course and nearby Waikoloa Resorts King Golf Course, Outrigger Fairway Villas guests receive special discounted rates at both courses. Also located nearby are the upscale Kings' Shops offering exclusive boutiques, DFS duty free shopping, and fine restaurants. Effective immediately, Outrigger Fairway Villas new guest services office is open. The office is located in the Kings' Shops, on the ground level facing Waikoloa Beach Drive. This is where guests register and pick up their keys. We highly recommend that guests rent a car. Complimentary parking is available for all units, on site at Outrigger Fairway Villas. Effective November 16, 2006, this will be a completely non-smoking property.
Most recent user reviewsScore 5 out of 5 Great for Golf Dennis, Portland, OR Besides at least two golf courses, Hilton Waikoloa and their dolphins and other resorts are nearby.Waikoloa Fairway Villas, as the name suggests are located in the midst of a golf course. They are only a couple of years old and quite well maintained. A condominium complex, there are a lot of nice amenities in the condos. Premium appliances with reasonable assortments of dishes, glassware, and so forth, besides handy things like blender and rice cooker. Grounds are well maintained, and it is just a short walk around a small lake to the King's shops that have a nice combination of upscale shops and wide range of dining choices from fast food to fine dining. Located in the Kohala region of the Big Island, there are a number of beautiful resorts nearby for further dining and entertainment choices. Not surprisingly, golf is king here, but there is a modest pool and a small but good fitness room near the pool. All units are either two or three bedroom. A nice upscale choice on the Big Island. Had complete kitchen with pretty much all you would need to live on your vacation. The pool was always a bit crowded and small for the size of the property complex. We did not use it that much cause we could not find lounge chairs together. The hot tub was out of order the entire time. Overall, great units and quiet. |
