Most recent user reviewsScore 2 out of 5 Review Anonymous No review provided by user Score 3 out of 5 Excellent beach LeRoy, 2007-03-11 Clean and located on an excellent beach. It was the smallest motel room that I have ever experienced. Okay for a night or two because the location was super. The room was not worth the price but the location made up for the poor value of the room. A horse must have been allowed in the room above because of the loud walking. I wonder how it fit into the room and how it was able to move around? Score 5 out of 5 My review of Best Western Maui Oceanfront Inn Roberto, Tampa, FL, 2006-06-28 Beach is nearbyexcellent. Right on beach. Parking is tight. A little far from shopping. Great place to stay to spend time on beach. Score 4 out of 5 Good, basic amenities Anonymous, 2006-03-24 Staff are very knowledgeable about places to go and things to do, such as restuarants, shopping, etc.I only stayed one night, but found hotel and staff to be satisfactory. Amenities are good, but pretty basic. Bathroom vanity area a bit small, but outer counter sort of makes up for that, though bit inconvenient going back/forth to it from bathroom (counter did not have sink, as I recall). Parking a little cramped. No workout/spa room or anything. No complimentary light breakfast. A bit pricey, all things considered. While I indicate that I recommend hotel, it will depend on what you're looking for and I barely do so. Score 5 out of 5 My review of Best Western Maui Oceanfront Inn Anonymous, Fairbanks, AK, 2005-11-14 Kalama Villages has great gift shopping be sure to check each booth before purchase - prices range even in such close quarters. Good live music at the Tiki lounge as well.Very comfortable lodging, fantastic beach. My stay at this hotel could not have been better especially with the location so conveniently between shopping in Kihei and Wailea. Score 5 out of 5 Good for single Anonymous, 2005-11-09 Location is great. My unit (their basic unit) was bedroom and separate bathroom. Unit was very small. Bathroom shower (no tub) was maybe 3' by 3'. I am single traveler so unit size was not a problem. Would be tight for couple (or couple with child). There was some sound transmition between my room and the room next to me and the one above. Maid service was good. The parking lot is very narrow and fills up early at night due to luxury restaurant that shares parking. There is overflow parking at public lot next to hotel. All of this said, I stayed here (again) because I come to Maui multiple times per year and the location and price are good. Score 5 out of 5 Review Anonymous, 2005-09-18 No review provided by user Score 4 out of 5 Close to the beach! Melissa, San Jose, 2005-08-01 Best Western Maui Oceanfront's room was small, but comfortable. The room had a queen sized bed, table, and 2 chairs. TV stand had mini fridge under it. Bathroom was separate from the vanity area. Bathroom had shower (no tub) that was like showering in a cave. Small sink with no counter space. Toilet was rocky (guess they didn't glue it on properly!) Medium sized closet with iron and hangers. The location was awesome. Literally steps away from the beach. Sunsets were awesome. Ocean view rooms were only the suites. Free parking, altho the spaces were small. Restaurant had the most picturesque view of the beach. Front desk staff very friendly. Score 4 out of 5 Best Western Maui allen, 2005-07-26 A nice hotel for a decent price... |
