Most recent user reviewsScore 5 out of 5 Truly a family hotel , "A hotel that cares" Jenny, 2006-10-19 This Motel 6 was really nice, the staff seemed to care alot about our needs and they were prompt on our families needs through-out the whole stay.Thank you to the staff at Motel 6 Score 2 out of 5 A last resort Callie, Jacksonville, FL, 2006-06-25 This is the closest exit in regards to the theme park. There are many restaurants to accomodate different budgets. The Motel 6 in Valdosta was more expensive than other hotels in the area and had fewer amenities. I arrived for check-in at noon and was told that I couldn't check in until 2:00 p.m. When I explained that I really need to get into my room, the staff was wonderful in assisting me. The room itself was quite small. There was not a clock which was inconvenient. Also, the room was over-deodorized which was unpleasant. The pillows were substandard, so there was some discomfort there. FYI-My friends stayed at a different hotel and paid approx. $10 less and had a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and a clock. It appears to have permanent residents and the noise level at night was quite high and disturbing. Score 5 out of 5 Very clean motel Andrew, Tampa, FL, 2005-11-24 Many places to dine in the area. This motel was very clean and comfortable. For the price, I had expected less to be truthful, but this was very nice. Staff was very professional and courteous. He really knew his job and made the check-in process smooth. He knew the area for any questions we had. I would recommend this motel. Score 5 out of 5 very nice donna, Tampa, FL, 2005-10-22 easy acess to shoppingrooms were clean and i felt safe Score 2 out of 5 Better Luck Next Time Anonymous, 2005-08-14 Great bar located on opposite side of town called Grand Central Station. What a fantastic adult upscale casual atmosphere with great drink specials and fantastic rock-n-roll piano and acoustic performers. Loved the bar!Claimmed to have been remodeled in 2002, but looks and smells old. Room was surface clean, but dirty and dusty. Score 5 out of 5 Staff very professional Stephen, Columbus, OH, 2005-07-26 my room was not confirmed until late. When I finally checked in at about 11PM that night I was not given the room that I had been promised earlier . I was not nice to the man, in charge at that time. He never lost patience, was very professional and did his best to help me. I later apologized to him and hope that he will forgive my annoiance and frustration. The motel stay was excellent. Score 2 out of 5 Not very nice. Betty, West Palm Beach, FL, 2005-05-22 Our hotel room seemed shabby and dirty. Very old and worn looking. Pool was not inviting at all, so we didn't use it. |
