No iron or coffeemaker, but we didn't need them and didn't ask. Continental breakfast was bleak, but restaurants are nearby. Next door to a drugstore, just blocks away from large shopping center and mall. Also, not far from Fort Gordon. We enjoyed our stay and will stay there again.
