this hotel has a great view if you get a room facing the water

thuis hotel was in a great location to visit all of the major sites the only set back was the rooms are small and you do not have updated amewnities.

Great Hotel for the Money

There's a great cafe right across the street.

The Carlton Hotel in Budapest is a great hotel for those on a budget. Located in the Castle district on the Buda side of town, it's very close to all of Budapest's main attractions. The hotel offers a great free breakfast and the staff spoke English and were able to help with directions. The rooms are on the small side, but are very clean and updated.

Easy access to airport. Excellant value in an upscale market.Excellant International restaurant at bottom of hill.They take EUROS but not credit cards.

The Carlton Budapest Hotel was an excellent chouce for us.Small hotel on a side street in the upscale part of Buda.A little difficult to get to unless the Taxi drops you at the door bacause the entrance is on the slope of a hill. Very clean, smaller rooms with all the accessories for an excellent stay.Excellent staff,well versed in English.Buffet breakfast facities but no full restraunt.Bar,Computer and internet access.Hotel is located in an easily accessable restaurant district.(walking distance).Easy access to airport via fixed fee taxi they arrange.Parking garage available.
