Most recent user reviewsScore 4 out of 5 beach was great Anonymous, 2006-07-26 The hotel is located on A1A and Old town st. augustine is a short drive awayThe hotel was clean but had a wet feel and smell to it. The pool area was very small, but it wasnt alot of people there so it was fine. The staff was very nice and allowed us to check in a lil early which was great. The BEACH was right across the street from the hotel and the BEACH was great, white sands very warm water. The area was very secluded not alot of people on the BEACh and that was great. I would recommed people to stay at this hotel if u arent people that need alot of amentites.the room did have a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker and iron. the bathroom was suprisely clean.overall very desent. Score 3 out of 5 Review Phyllis, 2006-04-09 Plenty of attractions to see, and the beach was just across the street.Score 2 out of 5 Poor Housekeeping Randolph, 2006-04-05 The outlet mall off I-95 has a great selection of items. Restaurants off US 1 were pretty good. The room did not look like it was remodeled eight months earlier. Housekeeping did not clean our room one day even though we were gone almost ten hours. Nothing was offered by the hotel staff to make amends. The continental breakfast was below average. Score 5 out of 5 Review Sylvia, Boa Vista, 2006-03-18 No review provided by user Score 5 out of 5 Very nice place to stay Donna, Portsmouth, NH, 2006-03-11 Very nice restaurants withib a short driving distance. We found the staff very helpful and very friendly. The location was nice. The parking has to be rethought, as it was not very easy to park and get out with ease. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay there again next year. Score 5 out of 5 Overall experience Shanon, Atlanta, GA, 2005-08-07 The fort is very enjoyable to see especially with younger kids. It has a gorgeous view of the ocean and islands. It's set up as the older days and the shops are enjoyable to walk through and see.The employees were very helpful and the hotel was enjoyable. It wasn't as close to the historic district as I though but it was ok. The hotel was very nice and was a decent size. The check in and out were very quick. It was an enjoyable visit. |
