Beach is close. Located on Waterway with restaurant.

Location was good. Staff attended to blown fuse promptly. Room was large. Staff helpful. Matresses however needed replacement.

hotel stay

the hotel met our needs and was very functional. we didn't stay in our room for any great duration, but the hotel staff was extremely friendly and very helpful, with suggestions and directions. we did eat at the outside bar and the food was very good, also the service was good. i have stayed in far worse places for the money. the area in which it is located is not bad for adult couples, there is a lot of construction going on. i would stay here again.

A typical tired, just barely OK Florida hotel.

The location is OK if you have a car otherwise there is not much you can walk to. It would be a great place to stay if you are trailering a boat because they have a marina.

The hotel is situated nicely on the intracoastal, fairly nice pool and an attractive marina to look at. The room was quite spacious but in need of upgrading, the bedside lamps and shades were dusty, the bathroom was uncomfortable in that the sink was stangely high. Short people would have a problem. The continental breakfast was barely edible serving only calorie laden Danish and tea and coffee. The whole hotel is showing its age. I only spent one night there and that was enough. As far as value for money I'm sure there are better deals in that area but did not have time to check out other hotels.

The staff and location were great. The restaurant downstairs, Joe's Riverside Grill, was fabulous but a little pricey. Cleanliness of the rooms/hotel was the only really dissappointing thing. The floors (carpet and tile) always seemed to have a layer of grime. Also, the doors didn't shut and lock very well. There was visible space between the door and the frame and the chain lock would have been much more effective had the door been set up to open to the inside of the room. If I were to stay here again I would probably not take my young daughter with me.

not a great neighboorhood

Somewhat seedy area. Expensive condidering that it was quite a distance from the beach area Room view was the greasy top of a restaurant roof. The room itself was quite nice but you don't go to south florida to keep the curtains closed and stay off the balcony.

Waunadoo city wasn't that far as the beach wasn't far

The room was not clean as in carpet, tile. The door didn't close all the way, it was loud,,Just very disappointed for my 1st time to the area. In the morning we found a note that said excuse us we were hit by a hurricane. Then don't rent out a room I have family that own a marina and they come to Ft lauderdale are and I said stay away from this place. The elevator scared us.. We were only there one night (thank goodness) so we didn't expect a mansion but YUK.
