DRIVE A LITTLE AND FIND A GOOD PART OF TOWN. THE UNIVERSITY MALL IS FALLING APART, GO TO THE CORDOVA MALL, IT IS VERY NICE.

THIS HOTEL WAS THE NASTIEST & SCARIEST PLACE THAT I HAVE EVER STAYED! I TOOK 4 GIRLS. I ACTUALLY WEDGED A CHAIR UP AGAINST THE DOOR, BECAUSE PEOPLE WERE HANGING AROUND OUTSIDE. I EVEN WOULD SAY, COME ON GIRLS, YOUR DAD WILL BE HERE IN A FEW MINUTES! THERE WAS NO PHONE, GARBAGE CAN, OR REMOTE AT ALL. THE ROOM WAS FILTHY, STUFF SPLATTERED ALL OVER THE WALLS, ALL CROME WAS RUSTED, CORNERS WERE BLACK WITH BUILT-UP DIRT, LIGHT IN BATHROOM HAD DEAD BUGS AND MOLD GROWING IN IT, AND THE ROOM SMELLED HORRIBLE. THE LAST DAY WE SAW A ROACH CRAWLING ON THE WALL IN THE ROOM. I WAS AWAKENED AT 7AM TO THE SOUND OF A COUPLE FIGHTING IN THE NEXT ROOM. SCREAMING PROFANITY AND THROWING STUFF(OR MAYBE EACH OTHER)! AND AGAIN LATE THAT NIGHT IT STARTED AGAIN. I WAS AFRAID THEY WERE GOING TO START SHOOTING, SO I HAD TO USE MY CELL PHONE TO CALL THE DESK AND COMPLAIN. THE POOL WAS CLEAN & FULL, BUT CLOSED! ON THE UPSIDE, THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND THEY DID HAVE A SECURITY GAURD ON THE GROUNDS AT NIGHT. I THINK PEOPLE LIVE AT THIS HOTEL. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. MY ADVICE, SPEND A LITTLE MORE AND GET A SAFE, DECENT HOTEL. DON'T SPEND YOUR VACATION LIKE I DID, WORRIED ABOUT BEING ROBBED OR WORSE.

The Palm Court Inn and Suites did not have towels when they came to clean the room and the wallpaper was coming off the walls. The shower didn't have any power only a little trickle came from it when you cut it on. Not very clean. Was not happy at all.Never been to Pensacola before but I know I won't be going back to this place.

The Hotel was ok for what it was.. somewhat Clean.. Somewhat comfortable.. There was just so much going on there ,(outside the hotel) that put me in an uncomfortable situation.. The room was farely clean, room service was unmentionable..I think the only thing I really liked about that hotel was its location..

The Palm Court was a horrible hotel. The rooms were not what the pictures showed and there were roaches.Sure it would be a great place to stay if you wanted to get high or laid. Oh, not to mention, people would stay up late being loud and I had trouble sleeping. The Palm Court is a piss poor hotel. I would not even give it a star, much less two.

There were a couple of restaurants down the same road. An IHOP, Ruby Tuesdays and so on. The location wasn't bad just the hotel itself.

The name "Palm Court Inn and Suites" sounds very relaxing and nice but becareful because it isn't as nice as it sounds. The room we were to stay in said that it had 2 rooms, a bedroom and a parlor. It had exactly that plus a hole in the wall, paint falling off of the walls and a dirty bathroom. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Also the front desk person didn't even greet us or was friendly. It was so bad we took a look at the room and cancelled our reservation, knowing that we might not find another vacant hotel.

i was disappointed in the room. not clean, had to ask owners to change the linen, was told area was unsafe, no coffee in room or no breakfast, carpet was dirty and walls,

The rooms were not clean and the rooms that the management said were clean not clean. The housekeepers smoked while cleaning room. I did not stay, we went to another hotel.
