Poor Quality for the Money

My husband and I was totally dissatisfied with the location, condition of the room and the amemities of the hotel. We certainly will not want to stay there again, and will definitely not recommend it to anyone. The cleanliness around the hotel in our opinion was unacceptable, lights were out in the lamps; therefore, we had to switch the light from the desk to the bedside stand and it still did not work. The towels were very harsh to the skin, which in our opinion needed some fabric softner. We have stayed at a Best Value Inn in another state and it surely was nothing like this hotel. Based on the money we were charged for the one night we expected something different. We asked about a luggage cart so we could take our things to the room. We were told there would be one in our location; however, when we got there, there was not a luggage carrier and we were trying to find out since our room had to be entered from the outside of the buiding, where would you find one, and how could one be in the area.

I-10 highway is only two mintues away. Convient for commuting

The best Value Inn and Suites, Pensacola has done numerious rentavations since my last stay there shortly after Hurricane Ivan, 11/04 - 03/05. The one thing that has not changed is their clinental. They rent a lot of their rooms to contractors. The guess are loud and disorderly. You do not get a lot of peace there. The guess are up late and make much noise. The hotel staff was professional and very courtious. I stayed there because I know some of the staff but I had forgotten about the quality of the average guess they room. I am not likely to ever stay there again. I prefer a room with peace and quiet, and no shouting and fighting in the hallways and stairs.

Decent Hotel

Denny's is not far up the street if you want a more substantial breakfast in the morning.

The front desk clerk was very nice and accommodating. I was not happy with the first room I was given, so the front desk clerk allowed me to look at several rooms before upgrading me to a suite. The suite was very roomy with a full kitchen that included a full size fridge w/ice maker, stove, microwave, dishes, etc. The rooms and building need some renovating, but if you need a decent place to basically sleep, bathe, etc. while visiting Pensacole, this is a good bet.

my stay at best inn

there are quite a few restauarnats off the hwy where this hotel is located. but it is also very easy to get to the beach..because the 110 is pretty much right there

i really enjoyed staying at this hotel..it was close to the exits to the beach and was noice. the only thing that i did not like was the fact there was no fridge in the room.

Needs updating

The Beach in Pensacola was wonderful. Who cares about any other attractions.

The hotel was a good value for our needs of a 2 room suite with kitchen. The room desparately needs to be updated though. The housekeeper came at 9 in the morning and if we weren't ready for her by 10:30, we did not get our room cleaned. So no housekeeping for 4 of our 5 nights there.

Take I110 to the end for great evening dining and to get to the beaches

We had no problems with our stay which was very brief. Check in was extremely fast and easy. The location is very close to Interstate 10, a shopping center and many resturants.

Delightful Stay

Last minute items, or that we forgot were easy to find at close by mall and Wal-mart just a short drive away. Also alot of close dining areas available.

A great place to stay. Employees were very friendly and helpful with any request. Being from far away, and not knowing what to expect, we were extremely pleased with Best Western stay. The hotel was well kept and very clean. Nice to have refrigerator and microwave in room. We rented single bed, but was very satisfied with space and layout of room. Thanks Best Western, we had a great stay!!

The beautiful white beaches were within a 20 minute drive and the naval air station was only a half hour away. We ate at the nearby Bonefish Grill and it was fantastic.

The Best Value Inn in Pensacola was very reasonably priced compared to surrounding motels. I was able to check in early and the staff was friendly. The room was spacious and clean. I especially enjoyed the pool and the continental breakfast which had a great selection to choose from and was keep replenished. They even had a computer connected to the internet for our use. I would definately stay there again and consider making a reservation at Best Value Inns in other locations.
