However, I went to the front desk to let them know I had a pass and the lady at the front desk treated me very rudely and with an attitude to top that. I have stayed in many places before and had great service, This is a first for me and I will not go back to this hotel again. Also, they have a different cleaning service. This was a huge pain after a long day of travel. |
