Very Flexible

We arrived two hour before check in and that got us into a room so we could go to Universal to see our son perform. The hotel was well staffed, friendly and helpful. The area have many choices for eating and all of the attractions were very close.

My review of Rosen Plaza

The Rosen Plaza was very comfortable, the room seemed much larger than most with a desk area and a table and two chairs. I liked the fact that the bathroom was separate from the vanity area and there was a sink with a long counter and there was adequate space for hanging clothes and they provided two suitcase stands. The Staff was very helpful and responsive. I attended a two day business conference which was held in one of the ballrooms. great one stop service and late night cafeteria service. The lack of integrated Wi-Fi internet service in the rooms and lobby areas was a disadvantage. I had to choose between wireless service in the lobby area and wired service in the room or pay for both separately. Timely transportation via limo to the Orlando airport at very short notice was outstanding.The Town& Country rep was very courteous and efficient.On the whole it was a very positive experience.

Nice convention hotel

There is a nice shopping center with movies and restaurants across the street. The lounge in the hotel seemed to be hopping each night.

The Rosen Plaza was a beautiful hotel all staff were very attentive (except once) and the location for a convention goer is excellent. The one instance was, when we came back from the movies, across the street, around 11:00 PM. We were hungry and called room service for a pizza, no one answered so we left a message. We never recieved a call back. We went to bed hungry. The price was a bit much (for Orlando) but we frequently pay that or more elsewhere, but I felt everybody had their hand out and 9.99 per day for internet access made me feel nickle and dimed to death.
