Right at Sea World.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was nice. The only thing was they said they would give you a ride to the theme parks but when you inquire they suggest that you might want to hear about another property and they will give you a ride. Once you turned them down they were not pushy. Overall, we were very satisfied.

Close to all attractions.Hotel in middle of golf curse.

Found the staff very friendly.Eager to please. Grounds well kept.Great view overlooking golf course. Only complaint poor phone and internet service.Hallways not clean. Would stay again.

Very close to Sea World. A bit longer drive to Universal. Right on Inernational Drive so plenty of dining & shopping. Dennys nearby serves a great breakfast.

I consider myself a well traveled consumer. I have been coast to coast. The Parc Corniche is one of those places that could be great if they just tried a little harder. The checkin was quick for me but I witnessed a very unhappy guest checking out; complaining 'no hot water for 3 days'. The facility is constructed as condo/apartment buildings in a campus style environment. It is set back from the road so it is quiet. I proceeded to my condo-suite. The door was located in an exterior breezeway / elevator lobby but essentially outdoors. The entrance door was loose and wind and daylight was visible at the door jamb. So if bad weather had prevailed it was comming in. Poor insulation. The breezeway was all concrete and sound echoed. The cleaning & maintainance staff loved to used their 2-way radios and kept them at full volume. This was disturbing early in the morning; hearing them chatting (yelling) back and forth. The rooms were actually nice but again kind of worn. The full kitchen functioned and the fridge was cold. By the way, I had no problem with hot water. The air conditioning system worked OK, but dont open the service door and look at it; it might scare you. The bed was comfortable, the 2 TV's worked, ample closet space, and the bathroom was well lit and comfortable to use. There was good water pressure & again no problem with hot water. The hotel pool was about 100 yards away from my building , but clean and well maintained. The cafe / bar was a bit cheap looking and may have been an afterthought as a feature in order to stay competitive. The wireless internet must be activated at the front desk for $3. I passed. Not a bad place for a family or group on abudget. Could be great, but overall not bad.

all the disney attractions a just a short drive away and the hotel offers shuttle service also.

This hotel was a very relaxing place. It sits off on a side road with no traffic and is surrounded by a lake and golf course. The suite was very nice, and roomy. The hotel is close to all the attractions and offers shuttle service to the parks. It is just off International Dr, lots to do and a lot of restaurants.

The suite was clean although a little outdated. The staff were nice and helpful. Lots of restaurants nearby. Since it is a little out of the way, you really need a car for your stay. All together, I would stay again.

Mixed experience; good concept

Many typical restaurants...Bahama Breeze was fun, however. Good food and great service!

We rented two rooms...one for Christmas Day and the other for the following day. The Christmas Day room was not ready on time and was actually not cleaned prior to arrival. The other room was ready upon arrival. Maintenance of the rooms needs improvement as mold in the bathrooms and dirty tile is unacceptable. The configurations of the rooms are very nice for families and that was why we chose the hotel, but it could have been cleaner with better breakfast facilities. The breakfast room was very crowded, messy (food on the floor) and limited in selection. The hotel advertises being close to other restaurants, etc., which is not exactly true. It requires taking the shuttle bus 10-15 minutes to get to a restaurant which is OK, but the bus doesn't run on holidays and late in the evening. We ended up renting cars. The small restaurant in the hotel is not open every day...overall, I'd pay more for a better experience.

A short drive in either direction will bring you to shopping, dining, entertainment...it's all right there within minutes of your suite.

The Parc Corniche Condo Suite Hotel is an incredible location for any length of travel stay. The staff went way beyond my expectations to ensure that our stay was comfortable, relaxing and without any bumps! We were able to arrive earlier than posted check in... no problem, we were able to check in, refresh and then go enjoy the day. The 1 bedroom suite has a king size bed, balcony off bedroom. There is a combination living rooom/dining room and an additional kitchen area. There is also a balcony off the living room...lots of space. The suite is stocked with all the glassware, dishes, pots.....whatever you need to stay a while... Just bring the food, your pillow and a great attitude, you too will enjoy your stay. There grounds are beautiful, nice walking paths to enjoy, a huge swimming pool, fitness center, gift shop, and a restaurant. Oh, by the way, breakfast is included in your rate!!! And you're about 2 blocks from Sea World and 5 minutes from International Drive. What a great place. We will definitely be staying at the Parc Corniche Condo Suite Hotel in the near future.
