This is on International Drive so lots of restaurants are within walking distance.
This is a basic, CHEAP motel. Convenient location and the best thing was the low rate for the two weekend nights we were there. There are no frills at this hotel - the room was pretty basic and the maid didn't do a great job to cleaning the room. But there was a fridge and microwave and the room certainly served our purpose, which was simply somewhere to stay. Perfectly adequate - I would certainly stay there again if I could get such a good rate again.
