Very poor service, No amenities, tennis court with oil puddles

Close to walt disney attaractions,.

This was my worst experience. The air conditioning was not working from day 1. We stayed there six days. We complained every day, but they could not get it fixed. We used to go out every day biyt evening and night it was humid and uncomfortable. We asked them to relocate us. They didn't. We complained atleat 7 times. Poor managemnent. Poor customer service. Pool was not good, so were the tennis courts. Recreation/exercise rooms were renovation.

A Lot For The Money

This was a very roomy condo with 2 bedrooms, a den area kitchen and large living room/dining room. Although we didn't need all the space, it was nice to have, especially the screened in balcony. It would be great to stay in with a family. Very close to Disney and all highways.

Perfect for a value for a whole family

Many restaurants in walking and less than a 10 minute drive to all the theme parks. I would buy tickets for the parks by day unless you've been before because a lot of parks only had a few things for teenagers and we bought a 3 day pass in advance and wished we could change it.

The Sunlake Resort was a great location to all the parks and very clean and it just had everything...full kitchen and rooms were all very nice perfect for me and my boyfriend who were traveling with kids. Only draw is: That our flight was late and than it was dark when we arrived and it was very hard to find the street the property was on because its actually behind a shopping center and the office was closed where we were to pick up our key and had no idea where to go until we found a phone number on a piece paper at the front door. So we phoned the number on the door and it was a 20 minute hold and he explained where to pick up the keys and the arrangement was easy, just a panic at first because the office is actually located in the shopping center not at the condos themselves at 2:00 a.m. we were frustrated. But when we actually settled in we were extremely satisfied with the property

super market and restaurant are just minutes away from walking.

This hotel has a condo like atmosphere, a great place to stay if you have a big family. There's plenty of rooms to spare. It would be great if there's a light for the dining table so that we can enjoy the dining with better lighting. Other than that, its a great place, conveniently located around the Disney.

Lots of reasonably priced eating choices within easy walking distance.

Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location in a quiet area. Great value for money paid. Would definetly stay again. Especially good for families with children or groups of four or more because of size{we had a three bedroom unit} and two bathrooms.Try it , you'll be pleasntly suprised.

Store and restaraunts in walking distance.

Sunlake Resort has very nice large condos. Our family of four rented a 3 bedroom which was very large. Has 3 bathrooms, full size kitchen, laundry room, even a formal dining room and sitting room at the entrance. Plenty large enough for 2 or 3 small families to stay together. The only drawback was that there were a few minor things broken (e.g. blinds, toaster, handles missing on dressers, shower door wheels missing, very low shower head pressure, carpet stained in areas). Also the beds were not to comfortable - worn out. You need to supply your own soaps, and clean the towels and bedding - no room service. Sunlake is very close to being a very classy place to stay, it falls short just by not taking care of the minor details. The huge pink garbage dumpster at the entrance to the gated complex is sort of symbolic of the resort.

Very Close to Disney

Old town is right down the street. They have mini golf, a sky coaster, shopping, food, and more. We had a lot of fum there.

The place was very nice. Extremely close to Disney. We checked in after hours. he check out time is at 10:00 am which I thoughtwas a little early. Do not shop at the Winn Dixie in the plaza next to the hotel. The prices were outrageous (i.e. $6.00 for bacon)

Very close to Disney World

We got a 3 bedroom appartment fully equiped, but no internet in the appartment, no one at the pool, internet at the club house did not work, but again the appartment was new and clean and huge. If you don't care for the pool / internet, then great appartment.
