ONCE YOU STAY CLOSE TO MALLORY SQUARE YOU'LL WANT TO AGAIN!

WE ENJOYED OUR STAY. WE WILL MOST LIKELY STAY THERE AGAIN. GREAT LOCATION, THE RESTAURANTS/OUTSIDE DINING WAS A LITTLE PRICEY. WE PAID 9.25 FOR A HOT DOG ONE EVENING FOR MUNCHIES.

The hotel was great and they were very accomodating . the first night we got in there was a rowdy bunch staying next to us that kept us up untill 300 am . we complained the next day and they changed our room to a different location that is the only problem we had

Pleasantly Surprised

Mallory Square is an absolute must and we literally stumbled upon the festivities while taking a walk to see what was around our hotel. There are street performers, art and jewelry vendors but you have to get there before sunset! There are terrific restaurants right around the square that we couldn't help going to twice in our week's stay.

The Pier House was absolutely the best place I have ever stayed! My cousin and I are both single, and decided we needed a vacation. Neither of us had ever been to Key West FL, and wanted to stay somewhere we could relax and get around on foot. We could not have asked for a better location right on Duval street. After we were checked in by the very pleasant staff, we arrived at our room and almost fell over! It was absolutely perfect with a balcony overlooking the ocean where we sat every morning enjoying our coffee and the warm ocean breeze. The beach may be small but it was clean and certainly the best around from what we saw! Chairs and towels were provided every day so we never had to worry about carrying stuff around. Beverages were a little pricey, but we expected that, and took advantage of being served right on the beach. We were there every day and met some of the nicest people. The pool area was very nice too but we preferred the sand and sun...its vacation! We also took advantage of the spa services which we felt was very reasonably priced! The perfect treat for the worn out vacationer! We both highly recommend the Pier House to everyone we share our vacation stories with, and will without a doubt stay there every time we end up in Key West!

Dining, entertainment, and shopping are all very close to the hotel!

The Pier House is beautiful. The rooms seem more like a bedroom than a hotel room, which I really liked. The bathroom area was smaller than I liked, but it was fine. The grounds were kept up nicely as well as their private beach. All the staff members were friendly and willing to help out whenever they could. Ths Spa was amazing. I had 2 different treatments there and each one was wonderful. I would highly recommend a trip to the Spa! The Pier House location was very good- at the end of Duval St. You could walk around to get to restaraunts quickly and easily!

On check in we were placed in a ground floor room which would not even make a two star in my opinion. The room reaked of what smelled like sewer gas. The bell hop told us he would have the room cleaned. We went out into town and when we came back the manager moved us to another room. I realize we selected a mid cost room. If this was a mid room I wouldn't like to see the least expensive room. I feel that the hotels place us in the lesser rooms because they were not booked direct and they would not get the full amount because of maybe your fees. I think at this point that it might be better that we book the room direct . On several occasions I have found the same price .

Key West is a great place to go for that relaxing get away from it all long weekend. Pier House Resort & Caribbean Spa is located right in the heart of Key West. well maintained and a greatplace to visit.

My review of Pier House Resort & Caribbean Spa

Ther was a thunderstorm the 2nd day day of our stay. Even though there were several water leaks from the ceiling to the floor,the hotel staff said "Sorry. this sometimes happens." We paid a high rate for the premium room and should have been reimbursed for the inconvience of the water dripping into the room.
