The Schubert Resort is an upscale deluxe all gay male resort in the heart of Fort Lauderdale's famous nightlife. We have 30 oversized suites featuring king or double beds, crown molding, marble bath, wet bar with refrigerator and microwave. There are lush tropical grounds with heated pool, Jacuzzi and clothing optional area. We have an expanded continental breakfast in the morning and complimentary happy hour in the evening.OUR LOBBY CLOSES AT 8PM DAILY.ALL GUESTS MUST BE CHECKED IN PRIOR TO 8PM.IF GUESTS ARE ARRIVING AFTER 8PM THEY MUST CONTACT THE RESORT TO ARRANGE FOR A LATE CHECKIN.

The pool and hot tub where very nice as well. iw ill go backk to this pplace. I would bet the real resorts would laugh at the concept that this is the best Ft Lauderdale has to offer. Score 5 out of 5 Economical Large Rooms James, Fort Myers, FL, 2006-07-04 Borders bookstore and a shopping center that includes Saks 5th Ave. are within walking distance.We had a walk-in marble shower, separate kitchen area with granite counter tops, microwave, and mini-frig., large sofa bed, and a very comfortable king-sized bed. The room was tastefully decorated in an artdeco style and had crown moulding. The climate control was flawless. The staff were very friendly. The pool and hot tub seemed to be well maintained. Although not within walking distance to the beach, the beach is only about 2 miles away. There are many restaurants within walking distance. We will definately visit this resort again! Score 5 out of 5 My review of Schubert Resort All Male Anonymous, 2006-07-02 The galleria shopping mall is less than a mile away with many shops and great restaurants.The hotel is very comfortable and private. The rooms and in excellent condition and vary spacious. The room was a suite with a microwave and refrigerator. They even provide plush bathrobes. There is not restaurant on site but they do have a nice continental breakfast and happy hour. I would recommend a car if one stays here for easy access to restaurants, shopping, the beach, and nightlife, all of which are less than 10 minutes away. Score 5 out of 5 Beautiful rooms saeed, 2006-06-23 Walking to the Galleria Mall which include Saks and Neimans, you will pass the boats sailing.At the Galleria is the Seasons restaurant which serve healthy food that's in season. The food is fabulous and the staff is gorgeous.I was very pleasently surprised at how spacious the rooms were. It was like staying in an apartment. The staff were extremely friendly. The location is only five minutes away in every direction to something interesting. You can also walk to the Galleria Mall and the water. Most bars and clubs are very close. The Shubert is clothing optional. I will return very soon. Score 4 out of 5 Nice quiet retro resort for men Anonymous, Gainesville, FL, 2006-03-16 Ft Lauderdale beach is a couple miles away.The Schubert is a beautifully refurbished example of the Florida resorts of the 50s and 60s. Everything is upscale retro design, very comfortable. Breakfast is basic but adequate. No afternoon happy hour occurred when I was there. Room furnishings were very nice with separate sitting area, small refrig and microwave. Nothing really in walking distance, so a car is helpful. The pool and hot tub area were beautiful and many new friends were met there. The rooms are large and well appointed. I would love to have had a bathtub though. |
