Beds were hard as a rock,not enough pillows. And a very small bedroom. No tub in bathroom. Tried making accomadations with front desk for activities and they kept pushing it off on someone else,than that person would say it was someone else's job. Plus there was no night life at all,the pool bar closed at like 5pm. I really paid too much for the accomadations. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Score 1 out of 5 TERRIBLE!!! The room was so small and dark that my husband decided not to even spend the first night there. The room was so depressing that if we had stayed there we would have been suicidal after two nights. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel was very clean. They were having some re-modeling done due to the hurricanes but did an awesome job making up for it. Loved the stay, and the view was amazing |
