Toilet plugged up - had to go to lobby to use restroom. Spiders on the wall - killed several & left them for the cleaning staff so they would know to get pest control. Nancy, Los Angeles, CA, 2005-08-27 The first room we were offered,was supposed to be a non-smoking room, smelled like cigarette smoke when we walked in. The second room they offered us smelled of urine. The third the room the key (card) wouldn't work even after three tries. Finally the forth room was fine. Beds where good but the towels where every thin and worn. When I went in to check out the only remark I received for the staff was YOUR CLEAR, a thank you would have been nicer. |
