Hotel is located close to everything. Outside of the hotel does not look great, but rooms are very clean and comfortable. Other than that I was happy with the accomodations.

Fast and easy check in, Pet FRIENDLY, very important for those of us who love our four legged friends. A bit noisy one night, however hotel security was right on this and took care of the situation in a timely, friendly and non-threatening manner. Not the newest of hotels but kept up well and a exceptional housekeeping staff. Great location and within easy walking distance of restaurants, shopping and the movies. Close to a major food store, easy beach access.

Main St on the beach is a movie theater, fast food places, restaraunt, and a parking garage across the street.

The Conch House accommodations met my needs. Very nice room with comfortable beds. Having a refrigarator and safe for valuables was great. The location made it a good value. Just a few blocks from the main street. Bus stops just outside the door to catch the bus to anywhere you may need to go without spending money on a taxi or to rent a car. I would plan on staying at the Conch House on my next visit to Daytona Beach.

If you are a NASCAR fan - you must go to the Cruisin Cafe. - about 4-5 blocks down

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They were very kind to our dog. We did not have to be concerned about her well-being when we were out during the day. We were very pleased with the hotel features and staff. Our only problem was the limited parking spaces.

Actually beside shopping there was plenty of entertainment, dining, and the boardwalk within a short walking distance. Even a grocery store was just a short drive away.

The Conch House was comfortable and clean and had a great pool, however what really stood out was that I had an incident with the microwave and rather than them being upset that I got the room all smokey and set off the fire alarm in the whole motel, their concern was with my safety and they worked quickly to make my room comfortable again.

Central location but needs repair

The Ocean Deck Restuarant and Bar is just south of the city pier. Great nightlife and a great fish sandwich.

The Conch House is centrally located in Daytona Beach just North of the city pier. When we arrived they would not allow an early check in so I had to wait a hour or so. Also they informed us that the elevator was broken but I never saw an elevator while I was there so if you have heavy bags then ask for a first floor room. The room cleanliness was fine and the hotel had a nice pool. The place is an old hotel that has just been painted over to look newer but compared to the prices of the other places it was alright.

right in the middle of town, close to everything

Dirty. Seemed like spring break had hit this place hard and they were still trying to recover. But great spot on beach and balcony overlooked sand & pool. Walk to eat/shop. Needs to be remodeled.

Had a very nice time. hotel on the beach also had a pool,good parking granddaughter loved everthing about the place and thats what counted to me.
