Located inside Terre Verde, the 3br condo was clean and well appointed. Having a separate bedroom for a child traveling with us was a big plus. We rented this condo at about the same rate as a hotel room and were not dissappointed. Location wise, Terre Verde is off the beaten track and not really on the way to anywhere (except the Airboat rides!). That said, its about one mile off rt 192 where there are many restaurants, shopping centers, etc.

Disney World is a couple of miles away, with shopping, three or four grocery stores and at least a dozen restaurants within a mile or two.

This was our first time at Families First. The 3 bedroom house we stay in was incredible. All furniture & beds was very new and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equiped with all new appliances. They even provided "family friendly movies" that my 3 year old granddaughter enjoyed. We had books and board games - it was just like being home! When we return to Orlando, I will definately stay at "Families First" and will request the same home. We we only a couple of miles from Disney's Main Gate and there were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within a mile or two. I decided to stay at Families First because my granddaughter would have room to "move around" in a house and not be stuck in a hotel room when we returned from visiting Disney World. She really enjoyed the heated pool and all the room. Thanks Families First for making her first trip to Disney World a magical experience.

Plenty of places to eat with 5 miles.

Our stay at Families First Vacation Homes exceeded our expectations. The villa was outstanding, pool cool and refreshing. Location to the attractions was also excellent. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. I would definitely use Families First again.

if you have to check-in after hours bring a flashlight inorder to see while you're entering combination code to vacation home.

families first vacation homes,was very comfortable.very clean and spacious.walmart was right outside the development.the private screened-in pool was beautiful.we had four bedrooms and three bathrooms,all necessary amenities.location was 10-20 minutes away from disney parks.very satisfied.

We were just off of International Drive which has unlimited number of stores, resturaunts, and other attractions (Sea World and Universal). The distance to Disney was a snap. Close to I-4 but far enough away not to have all of the traffic.

The home we stayed in was a 3bd/2bth with a pool. The location was 15 to 20 minutes to accually being parked at Disney (depending on which park we visited). The rooms were large enough with the master bedroom extreamly large. The kitchen was fully fuctional. There were enough towel, shampoo, soap, etc. to last for the 10 days that we were there. It was great to be able to go to the parks on the days that we felt like it and stay home and just swim or shop on the other days. The only thing that did not work was the ice maker. Something everyone can live without (just go buy some). After Katrina hit our home, we have learned that there are a great deal of luxuries that one can live without. After having been to Disney for 18 times, I can say that this is the first time that I have returned rested and not worn out. It was a wonderful subdivision with a golf course and a children's playground both in walking distance.

There was walmart and lots of dining areas very close by.

These vaction homes were awsome! They were roomy and the pool area was great. I told all of my family and friends that we have to stay there on our next trip to orlando. The area were we stayed was nice, it was right next to every store you would need on your vacation. The price was so cheap I didn't exspect it to be such a great place to stay. The pool area was all screened in so there wasn't any bugs. So we ate all of our meals out side by the pool. The beds were very hard and the blankets very ruff so if you can bring your own bedding.

There was a SuperMarket so you could get groceries and Wine.

Check in was a little annoying but we got threw and it was worth the 2nd location to pick up the Key. The House was fantastic and clean and close to Disney. We will stay again when our son is older. It was close to shopping and dinning. There were 2 master bedrooms so my husband had his own bathroom and I had mine.
