My girls and I a very new to Florida and I wanted to take them on a weekend vacation and stay in Miami and site see. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in..in my life. We had no water in our sink our TV did not work. It was very,very horrible. We had no place to get water. And if there was the water container was dirty. This was a waist of my money and a bad experience for my girls. I am a very unhappy customer.

Check rates on parking we were charged $32 per day next door

From check in i had a problem. We waited over 40 min past checkin time 3pm before they had our room ready. The staff was very unfriendly. The halls smelled very bad. The room was rundown. beds were very hard. The hot water in the bath room would not shut off. I didnt bother telling the staff. Wouldnt do any good. I figured its their light bill, Ill let it run. Bath room was tiny. floor was nasty. The restraunt im guessing has the worst food ive had so far in south beach. We had breakfast one morning next to another couple and they had bacon that was almost raw. The bacon we had tasted out of date. and the rest of the food wasnt that great. Other guest around the hotel had the same problems we had. That night we had 2 sodas and they charged us $9.00 US. The pool and pool area was dirty. The pool is only 4ft deep! Not a place i will ever go back to.

this hotel is close to everything thats is the only thing about it.

the room was very small and the bathroom just one person fits at a time, the room had a bad smell I could barely sleep because of the smell it made my eyes red. The pool is terrible very very small and dirty i think is like to 2ft if that. the resturant kitchen is really dirty and the cook was banging on the dirty window sill with the cooking spatula. i will not eat at that resturant or i will never stay there again.

The room was very clean and fresh smelling. Nice big TV screen..bathroom a bit small but adequate

One block from Ocean drive. One block from Bongo (owned by Gloria Estephan, La Province French Bakery (3 blks North) Close to several stores/restaurants on Washington. Espanola way (1/2 block). Several restaurant 3 blocks North and you're on Lincoln Rd Mall

I was concerned when I arrived at the check in desk and the person was rude. As you walk in, the hotel restaurant looks nice and the lounge looks good. The bed was somwhat comfortable, but the pillows were very comfortable. The room was always clean when I came back and the cleaning staff always met my needs. I would stay there again and would recommend to a friend

This hotel had a really good feel. It was just moments from the beach and fine dining on Ocean Dr. at a price that was unmatched. I would look @ this hotel for future trips.

Cheap hotel at a pleasant location

There are all sorts of dining facilities in the environment whre you can be seated outside as well as inside.

The President Hotel at Miami Beach is a relative cheap hotel. The location is very good, near the beach and near interesting streets with all sorts of dinner facilities.

bring comfortable shoes because hotel is in walking distance to Espinola Way and Lincoln Ave, and the beach.

The President Hotel was very close to attractions. It is a great place for singles. The rooms were comfortable and it was quiet at night.
