There's a really cool bar/night club overlooking the ocean called the Oceandeck and they have really good food. There's a bar called Tailgaters right across the street with pool tables, good food and lots of flat panel tv's.

We liked the hotel we stayed at as far as it was right on the beach and there were restaurants and bars nearby. The room was clean and comfortable. The only bad thing was there was a convenient store across the street and at night time there looked like there may have been some shady business going on in the parking lot so we stayed away from there after dark.

Daytona lagoon is great for kids and adults who havent grown up yet. Laser tag, go-karts, put-put golf, rock climbing wall, arcade games. It is located right behind the parking garage by the Ocean Center. All kinds of shopping and dining within walking distance.

The hotel was very clean and the entire staff was friendly. The heated pool was great at night. The rooms were small, but we had four adults and no problems moving around. Location is great, right on the beach and within walking distance to alot of the attractions. Parking was somewhat of a problem, but hardly bad enough to ruin the stay. If you are looking for a lower priced hotel I would definitely recommend The Boardwalk.

All the boardwalk shops were a short walk from the hotel. The dining was also very close.

The staff was very helpful and warming. THe bartender was especially nice calling all vistors by their first name.

the boardwalk was quick to walk to.

the hotel bathroom did not have hooks to hang your belongings and there was not bathroom lid. the floor was dirty also.

We went to the Daytona Pepsi 400. It was great because the distance is not too far but at the same time far enough away to get away from the hustle and bustle of the track.

We liked the room ..it was clean and comfortable. Parking was far too scarce. The pool was very nice and well maintained. Our first cleaning lady was excellant but the 2nd was slothful in her work. The location was great and great access to the beach. All in all we had a good trip and liked the majority of things the hotel had to offer.

Poor choice

Hotel was extremely noisy. We had a group of bikers talking loudly in front of our door at 4:00 am. There was also lots of noise from the street. It was generally a very low class, noisy and unpleasant hotel and would never recommend it to anyone regardless of price.
