This was the worst experience I've ever had at any hotel. I was travelling with my boss who was in an adjacent room. The next morning he told me he had to sleep in the car because there was a rat in his room. When he called maintenence they told him they couldn't do anything until the morning. In my room, the faucet dripped constantly, the toilet kept running so I was forced to turn the water valve off, and I couldn't lower the volume on the TV and since it was set too loud, I had to turn it off. When I called the front desk, they said they couldn't get any help until the morning. I really think I qualify for some type of refund. I can't bellieve all LaQuinta's are this bad!

stayed only one night. Hotel was close to the airport

2 rooms were rented on my recent stay. There was 4 roaches (that we could see) in the room. The other faced the a highway and was very noisy. We were not given the option to move to other rooms (believe they were fully booked)

City Place is a short drive away in West Plam Beach and is a great place for shopping and restaurants.

I was there on business so I didn't really get to see a whole lot of the area but the Wellington on the Green mall is a short distance away and it is a very impressive mall for people who enjoy shopping.

Over all a very nice place. Our room, the main lobby and the outside surrounding area was extraordinarly clean and well kept. The hotel staff were absolutely outstanding in their kindness and helpfulness. A really great experience.

We have stayed in La Quinta hotels before and we were somewhat dissappointed in this one. We were trying to get rooms close together, and when I called I was not told there were no ajoining rooms. The hotel staff was accommadating and moved us a little closer together. The carpets in the rooms were very dirty. The children had on socks and when we went to leave the room and put on their shoe, their socks were very dirty. There was no lotion, only soap and shampoo and conditioner. We had to request towels a few days. There was no rack to place a suitcase on (in the room). The hotel staff was pleasant, but were not trained to manage such an establishment. The numbering system on the rooms was difficult to understand. The numbers did not run consecutively. The table in the room was too large for the room was not very well positioned. It was in front of the air conditioner and the since the table was so large, it was difficult to get to the air conditioner switch. At night the security guards were visible and moving around the grounds which made us feel safe. There was no door the area where you hang your clothes. So everything was open. I would stay here again, because I believe they will improve.

We checked into this hotel after midnight - the hotel clerk was friendly and accomodating - all we wanted to do was find our room and get to bed - however, first room smelled so musty ( carpet must've been wet and not aired out properly) and carpet was dirty- 2nd room- air conditioner wasn't working - 3rd room - fine. This location is "older" and if there are newer locations in the area for a similar price, we would stay there.

It was very close to the florida turnpike and about 3 miles from Sound Advice Amphitheater

The LaQuinta on Ockechobee Blvd was a very average hotel. The room was small and the bed was not very comfortable. It was very close to the turnpike and did offer continental breakfast.
