Most recent user reviewsScore 5 out of 5 Very Friendly - Good Location Jane, Baltimore, MD, 2007-03-10 Continental Breakfast very convenient and walking distance to the ball park. This was our third year going down for Baseball Spring Training. The hotel was convenient for location - less than a mile from the ball park - so we walked everyday. It was clean and a good value. They have a great continenetal breakfast. The problem I had was with the linen. I immediately pulled the comforter and blanket back on each bed. There was dead spider legs on top of the blanket. I went down stairs and informed the front desk that I needed two new blankets. They were brought to me by cleaning staff within the next 15 minutes. I then received a call from the front desk confirming if I had received my blankets. Score 4 out of 5 Friendly Hotel Jerry, 2006-08-24 There is a Chili's Restaurant nearby and several fast food locations. This was a convenient location and the rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly. Score 5 out of 5 My review of La Quinta Inn Ft. Lauderdale Cypress Creek I-95 Anonymous, 2006-04-01 We walked to Chili's and had a great mealWe stayed at the La Quinta Inn prior to cruise from Ft Lauderdale. The location was in a business district but convenient to the port. Our room was large, very clean and fresh. No musty odors. The bathroom had white tile and the bathtub had waterjets for relaxation. The pool area was delightful with colorful plantings and trees. The staff was helpful on all shifts and provided restaurant suggestions, some within walking distance. Would stay here again. Score 4 out of 5 Good Value Melody, 2005-05-05 The LaQuinta Inn Ft Lauderdale, Cypress Creek was a good value for the money. While the immediate neighborhood is not especially attractive, it is close to alot of dining and entertainment options. The free breakfast bar was nicer than most. You could make your own waffles! The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. A downside was there wasn't a vanity outside the bathroom. A positive was during the hurricances they allowed us to bring our dog. I'm not sure if this is something they always allow. I would recommend this hotel and will stay here in the future when visiting Ft. Lauderdale. |
