Nice staff, but needs updating

There are many places to eat nearby. It is very close proximity to I-10 but there is a lot of construction at the on/off ramps which can be frustrating.

The ESA was not very comfortable, but it was clean and the staff was nice. The common areas were very run down and I wasn't completely comfortable with the location. The room was very sparse and the furniture was hard as well as the floor. I don't normally notice these things but it felt like the carpeting was thin with no padding.

Very family friendly

It closes to Pensacola beach and takes about 15 to 20 min by driving. Hotel is clean and comfortable, but does not have resturant.

it was ok overall, the location is good, near interstate and across from univ. mall. the rooms were not cleaned as well as you would like and smelled of smoke. it did appear to be a safe environment and i would stay there again but only if i could not find suitable replacement.

overall if you want to just sleep the stay was ok getting into the hotel was a trick since the entire road in front of the hotel was under construction, there was not service as for making the beds or changing the towels ect, since we only stayed for two nights they dont offer that service unless you stay a third night.also no shampoo, no reg vcoffee just one pouch of decaff when we first arrived, no hair dryer, as for dinning the only close restrants was a waffel house or a fozioles,

If you just need a place to sleep.......

The hotel is very nice, in good shape, new carpet and appliances (full size fridge, microwave). The only "fault" was that it didn't have a swimming pool. I didn't realize that when I booked the room. I was traveling with my kids so we felt a little cabin fever because there was no where to go at the hotel except the room. They don't even have a lobby.

Extended Stay Pensacola

The Extended Stay Pensacola was very comfortable and a good value. The kitchen came with full sized refrigerator, a microwave and range, as well as a few dishes, cups, and silverware. It was conveniently located just across the street from the Mall, so there were plenty of dining choices nearby, although there was no restaurant IN the hotel. Check-in and check-out were very quick and efficient.

The area provided many things for the family to do. I felt rather secure with the security. The hotel accomodations were what I expected. While I have never stayed at this hotel, I was familiar with the complex.
