The staff was courteous and answered all my questions about how to comute to different places, they even called me a taxi cab. As a spanish speaking that I am we were communicating in the same langage. For me it was a nice experience and I already sent a few co-worker to use Days Inn Hotel. The A/C units are very noisy, the sink drain was inoperable, and there were a lot of sleazy characters in the parking lot. The room was old and the bathroom was in terrible shape, stains all over the shower and tub, tiles were missing, etc. They need to clean the place up, raise the rates, and discourage the neighborhood low lifes from staying there. There are obviously a lot of problems with the local clientele, as anyone from the Ft Myers zipcode cannot check in without leaving a deposit and having the room inspected before it is refunded.
