Most recent user reviewsScore 5 out of 5 Good value for the money Carole The Best Western Airport Inn was very nice and comfortable. The staff was friendly, and the room was nice and clean. We would definitely stay there again. Their complimentary van transportation went smoothly departing and getting back to the airport. Our first night there, the van driver even dropped us off at a restaurant as he was doing airport runs. The staff was very helpful with giving us discount coupons and directions to local attractions and restaurants. The continental breakfast even included a waffle maker, wth pre-made waffle batter in individual cups. The rooms are comfortable, with half walls dividing the living room from the bedroom. The outdoor swimming pool and hot tub are right by the entrance. Score 2 out of 5 Airport proximity Jacqueline, Cincinnati, OH, 2006-04-22 AirportThe Best Western Airport, Ft. Myers, was comfortable but left sleeping arrangements to be desired. We reserved a suite, since there were 4 of us, a king and pull-out. We arrived and checked in with no problems. Dropped our luggage off and decided to go to the pool area for some sun. The pool did not look very clean or appealing to take a dip in so we just sat and talked. The spa also looked like it needed some cleaning as well. We went back up to the room and decided to go to dinner. Found a very nice Italian grill next door and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We came back after a short walk after dinner and since we had been up since around 3am that morning decided to get ready for bed. We opened up the sofa and found a tampon under the couch as well as beer caps. As if that were not enough the bed had broken and missing springs and when you sat down you went completely through to the floor. I walked down to the front desk and told them the problem. They said they would send up a cot. I told them that 2 people had to sleep on it and they assured me that it was as large as the couch. However, they would need to have someone deliver it. That took a while but the person who delivered it was very nice and acommadating. When he brought the cot in you could immediately see that only 1 person could sleep on it so that meant the other person had to sleep curled up on the couch because it could not be used as a bed. Needless to say that was not the most comfortable. Everything else was nice, the breakfast was good and it was close to the airport. Score 5 out of 5 My review of Best Western Airport Inn Anonymous, Chicago, IL, 2006-03-17 We arrived in Ft. Myers at 11:30 PM and the location of this hotel was very near the airport. The only problem is that it is set back from the street. Directions should indicate that it is behind the 7-11 and the BBQ restaurant. The hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful. The location very convenient to 1-75, the main north/south highway. Score 5 out of 5 great value Anonymous, 2005-12-23 This was a suite so it held 4 people without difficulty. Witha a lot of luggage it was a little tight. But with breakfast inclucded especially the homemade waffles this was a great value for the money. Score 5 out of 5 Clean Hotel Sheena, Denver, CO, 2005-10-09 There's a nice BBQ restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. Good food - good value for money.Very nice hotel - not far from the airport - facilities were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Nice swimming pool too. Score 5 out of 5 My review of Best Western Airport Inn Anonymous, 2005-05-19 The hotel was just fine except that the air conditioning was not on in the halls and it was very hot. Except for that it was fine. Good location for the airport and car rental and where I visited. |
