Though it clearly caters to longer term and business oriented stays, we had a wonderful time. Spacious, clean room, excellent breakfast (and afternoon reception), nice pool, convenient to restaurants and the beach (though we could have been given better directions from the staff). (only beer on tap) and they have a big tv for those who like to watch sports and have a beer in lobby in bar area.Hawthorn Suites was comfy. The room was generally clean, although I did notice that they forgot to dust the coffee table and it was a bit sticky. The bathroom and sleeping area were clean and the staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. In addition, there are a handful of other places to eat and shop just a short drive aways.This is definite value! The staff was VERY friendly, rooms are clean, and very close to dining. I enjoyed the complimentary wireless internet, and even for those that don't travel with a laptop, they have complimentary computers setup in their lobby area for guests. I WILL be staying here everytime I come back to visit Naples!!! This is a 5 star hotel in my opinion! Restaurants were also a short walk or drive.The Hawthorn Suites of Naples was very comfortable, the room was roomy and clean. We found that it had everything you would need for a long stay with a family. We enjoyed the full breakfast every morning and the Happy Hour Mon. thru Thurs. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I will tell all my family and friends about Hawthorn Suites and I am sure we will be back. We were very happy with our suite. Just a short walk to some good food.I was impressed when I drove up to the hotel at how nice it looked from the outside. When I arrived in the lobby of the hotel, the area was very clean and the hotel staff very friendly. The room blew me away. It was in excellent condition. The appearance was very clean and plent of space. It almost felt like I was in my own home. The fitness center had working machines and the continental breakfast was a little more than what I expected. I had egg omelettes and bacon. I was used to having coffee and danish pastries. My overall stay was enjoyable. I wish I had stayed longer. |
