Most recent user reviewsScore 4 out of 5 GOOD LOCATION Laura call early for a cab, they are not readly avaiable. It's a very easy hotel to get to, and a perfect location in the center of new haven, but the staff wasn't very helpful, and the room was uncomfortably hot. The resturant had great views,& good food, but once again unfriendly, over whelmed, and not customer service orientated staff. Perfect hotel if it's a quick in and out trip. I would have been really disapointed if I had to stay any longer. Score 5 out of 5 Pleasant Stay in New Haven Anonymous, 2005-11-27 There is a Irish bar just accross the street that locals frequent until late!!We really enjoyed staying at the Omni New Haven during the Thanksgiving break. The staff were attentive and helpful; the valet parking convenient, the rooms well appointed, equipped and clean. There was a duvet on the bed that made it deluxe accomodations. The resturant/bar on the top floor was very good and the Sunday Brunch was fantastic. The hotel is walking distance from an African, a Mediteranian and an Itallian resturant, not to mention the Yale campus and a park. We enjoyed staying here and would come back again next time we visit New Haven. Beautiful bar upstairs. What a wonderful stay we had ...such a great place to unwind after a busy day of moving my son into his new Yale apartment. I hope to return soon. Score 5 out of 5 Review Anonymous, 2005-07-24 No review provided by user Score 5 out of 5 Wonderful for all occasions Anonymous, 2005-07-03 We arrived late at night and were met by a very friendly staff. The concierge was very helpful assisting us with finding a venue for late-night entertainment, discovering the new movie theatre a short 2 blocks away. The view of the Yale campus was extraordinary when the sun came up the following morning, which was exciting for us as we were there on the eve of our son beginning a summer program. Everything at the hotel was wonderful, and we've already booked a return stay! |
