Check in was as easy as telling them who I was. Access to and from was easy. It is also close to services. It was not in NICE shape, but clean and that's all I cared about. However... being a single woman staying at the hotel I was VERY DISSATISFIED with the security. To get to my room I needed to use an outside entrance. That would have been fine if I had to use a hotel key to get into the building. But.. it was open access for anyone. This made me very uneasy wondering what might be hiding in the hallway. Another disappointing aspect was the continental breakfast. One morning it wasn't available for some reason at 7:30 (the staff wasn't sure why), and the other morning the OJ machine had some terrible watered down version of something that WASN'T OJ. On the flip side... the staff was VERY nice and efficient. Back of the lot, away from the main street, it was quiet and less expensive then those up front and we thought what a great value. We would try to stay there again if making a trip anywhere near. It is also right off the highway, so although it wasn't in Denver, we were only minutes away from what we needed. For the price, we couldn't do better. My only complaint: I was very dissapointed in the lack of vegetarian options in the neighboring resturant and the service was slow. |
