Most recent user reviewsScore 5 out of 5 Great for family mini vacation! Marylan, Springfield, IL, 2006-12-17 My only problem that I had with The Best Wester was the Handicap room did not have electric power in the room. No microwave. Their room smelled. My room was excellent. Other then that everything was great. Their staff was very friendly. Rooms smell fresh and cleaned when we arrived. We were accessble to everything in Colorado, Spring. Score 1 out of 5 The worst I've ever encountered! Albert, Sacramento, CA, 2005-11-06 This hotel was so bad that we didn't even stay there. We took one look (and smell) at the room and drove off to another hotel. we were willing to forfiet our prepaid rate to go womewhere else. I will go directly to a reputable hotel chain such as Marriott to make reservations. |
