Excellent Staff

Francisco's downtown was an excellent restaurant. Lots of ambience, great staff and an excellent selection of well prepared food.

The Durango Travelodge was conveniently located on the main street in Durango, with easy access to numerous shops and restaurants. The views were spectacular and the room featured a balcony that overlooked a river as well as a train that passed by daily. The ease of check-in and the friendliness of the staff was awesome.

Not What I Expected

Read the directions given and then call the hotel to make sure it is within walking distance of the places you want to visit.

This was not the hotel I thought I was booking. I thought it was the Durango Lodge, so I was two miles away from the location of the party I was suppose to be at. The direction were not good and the over all feel of the hotel was not satisfactory. Parking was tight, a trailer with a motorcycle was parked in front of our room. The road noise and everyone in the parking lot could be heard through the front window. The floor above us squeeked every time the occupant walked which was constantly during the night. I would not stay there again.
