Most recent user reviewsScore 5 out of 5 Excellent in every sense Michael, Seattle, WA The Hotel Jerome is one of the finest hotels and lives up to its reputation. The service of the entire staff and particularly the bellmen and concierges is impeccable. The room was quite large with a huge bathroom with seperate tub and shower. I had insomnia one night and there was room in the bathroom to bring a chair and sit and read at the table in the bathroom. You can not go wrong with this hotel. It's a perfect spot to start off the evening before heading downtown to some clubs. The Hotel Jerome is a magnificant landmark right in the heart of Aspen. Check-in was flawless and valet parking was a great amenity. The King-size bed was more comfortable than my bed at home and the granite-covered bathroom was large and roomy enough for two people to get ready in before a night on the town. I especially liked that there was a bathtub and a separate shower in the bathroom and two deep sinks. Definately order breakfast in bed in the morning as the blueberry pancakes and belgian waffle are to die for. The room service was quick and not as expensive as New York, which was a pleasant surprise. After a hearty breakfast, the snow-covered slopes are just a short distance away or right across the street is some of the best shopping in the world. I highly recommend the Hotel Jerome to other travelers and believe it is worthy of all five stars. Score 4 out of 5 Charge for dog , broken toilet Rebecca, 2005-07-18 I was surprised by the 75.00 a day charge for a small dog. The toilet quit working during the night. I called the front desk in the morning and someone was there at once, but they could not fix the toilet until 4hours later and didnt do anything to make it easier on us. I had to use the public restroom down the hall. Score 5 out of 5 Old style luxury Marc, Atlanta, GA, 2005-07-08 Spacious and well appointed rooms. Very friendly staff. |
