The rooms are large, well maintained, and offered the most comfortable queen size beds I've ever slept in at a hotel. Our room also offered a small refrigerator. The continental breakfast offering was above average, and they offer coffee 24/7. Also in the 24 hour lobby was a computer for visitors which allowed you to check email and news. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Relative to the facility, the price was a little steep, but Cortez is a tourist area for the Mesa Verde National Park, so they can generate premium rates this time of year. The hotel offered value and convienence, and I wouldn't hesistate to stay there again. Very comfortable suite. the continental breakfast could have been better.....not much in the way of selection......would have liked yogurt and a better variety of cereals. the pool was not yet ready for the season, but the spa was very nice. |
