Welcome to the Rose Garden Inn in Santa Maria, located in the beautiful neighborhood of Solvang in the Central Coast of California. We are a "different" kind of Inn-one with a friendly and helpful staff, 300 rose bushes, heated pool and spa, 2 tennis courts, 24 hour front desk, adjacent 24 hour family restaurant, refrigerator and microwave, all at a significantly low rate. We also offer corporate, senior citizen, military, and government rates.

The community is surprisingly large and diverse, with several lovely parks. Of course, the beach is only minutes away by car. Easy access to Hearst Castle, Cambria and Santa Barbara.The Rose Garden Inn in Santa Maria, California is centrally located and provides a comfortable sanctuary for the weary traveller to rest his head. It is family-oriented with a swimming pool and , unlike most hotels/motels in it's price range, access to tennis courts. The rooms are modest with few frills. A good value for the money, set in the lovely central coast of California. Score 4 out of 5 You get what you pay for Angelica, Bakersfield, CA, 2006-02-28 Right next door to the Inn was Denny's & Jack-n-the-box & down a couple more blocks was the mall.The Rose Garden Inn was overall pretty reasonable & the cost was reasonable as well. The location was very easy to find, it was located right off of the freeway exit & there were many restaurants near by & even the mall was close too. The room was small, but it was clean I might say. It pretty much had everything you needed from a small table w/two chairs, a T.V. w/remote, a refridgerator, microwave, & ample space to hang a couple of garments. The staff was friendly & when we asked for more towels they were quick to reply. I don't know if this is somewhere I would stay for more than a day or two though, but if you have a buisness meeting or exam this is good for the money you pay. My tires were slashed and my paint was very badly damaged by a vandal. The cost was outragous for the poor service and lack of amenties we received. Most importantly they didn't even have brochures for any recreational activities ie. (golf,fishing and shopping).
