It was close to several take out places as well as bowling alley and Turtle Bay. The church we went to was easy to get to and this was a plus.
Our stay at the Best Western Hospitality House wasn't all that I'd hoped. We went to Redding for Thanksgiving in the hopes that we could relax and swim etc. in our off time. The pool was cold and the entire area was slightly uninviting.The towels were raspy and cheap, I wished I had brought my own.a pool should be heated year-round and kept nice with fuzzy soft towels to use. I feel this way especially with the prices for rooms these days. The Continental breakfast was a joke. We could only eat IN and by the time my husband went to get coffee; all the food was gone and he was well within the times set for breakfast. When we checked in, the girl had in our reservations that we were from Minnesota. This was interesting to learn. All in all, I was looking for more and will definitely stay elsewhere the next time I'm in Redding.
