Most recent user reviewsScore 4 out of 5 Great Central Location Anonymous, Santa Barbara, CA Main street has many restuarants- great seafood restaurant one block away. This hotel is very well located. The accomodations were clean and the room was stocked with the basics. It was quiet and there was plenty of parking-a real plus in downtown Palm Springs! Score 5 out of 5 Perfect Area Ernest, Santa Maria, CA, 2007-03-03 Try to stay on a Thursday night, great farmers market downtown. The hotel is situated perfectly. Right down town, easy walk to lots of neat places. Score 4 out of 5 Review Anonymous, San Francisco, CA, 2007-02-28 just off the main Palm springs street and very quietScore 5 out of 5 Great Place Anonymous, 2007-02-19 great check in & staff was so kind. id go back anyday Score 4 out of 5 Good location for strolling around Anonymous, Los Angeles, CA, 2006-11-26 The Living Desert - a wonderful wild animal park and garden. Great for walking around. A good place to take children. The best thing about this place is the location. It's great for getting to shops and restaurants. There's a computer and interative map center in the lobby for finding directions to other locations. The room was okay and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant was not open but it hardly mattered since you're steps from all the places on Palm Canyon Drive. Pool area was fine. It's a little care-worn, but again- location! Score 4 out of 5 Great location Anonymous, 2006-08-27 Madison's boutique had a great selection of trendy and cute clothesThe location is perfect to be able to walk to all the local shops and restaurants Score 5 out of 5 great place for a great price Anonymous, Orange, 2006-08-25 shops, dining, nightlife, casino, you name it and its near this hotel, you can walk almost everywhere and get just about anything you need.I was impressed by how affordable this was and how great the room was. The location is in the middle of everything and the pool made it even better. The room has a nice big bed and the couch folds out to make another one if needed, not to comfy though unless your small.lol I was very happy overall and would go back to this hotel anytime. Score 2 out of 5 Under-impressed Anonymous, Chicago, IL, 2006-07-27 There seemed to be a number of shopping and dining opportunities in the area. The Palm Mountain Resort and Spa was a disappointment. It is a quaint, older facility with air conditioning that struggled to keep up with the particularly hot weather. The free breakfast was the worst I've ever seen (and I've eaten countless hotel breakfasts). We were charged an $8.00 resort fee. The woman at the desk was particularly obnoxious when I questioned her about it. I would never voluntarily stay there again. Score 4 out of 5 Good Location Anonymous, Carlsbad, CA, 2006-07-04 So many restaurants are neayby. We enjoyed swimming very much. You can walk to many restaurants and stores easily. Good Location! Score 4 out of 5 Review Steve, Los Angeles, CA, 2006-07-04 If you're in Palm Springs during the summer, don't forget Sunblock! It's really hot, but shopping & Dining is really close to the hotel, that's a huge convenience. |
