Good Location

Lots of great outdoor patio dining within walking distance.

Hyatt Regency, Palm Springs Ideal location, near restaurants and shopping. Especially good if you don't have a rental car, because you can walk most places or catch a taxi. The large suite and floor plan was great since we had a relative stay with us for 2 nights. The hotel is a bit dated and could use some remodeling and new furnishings, but overall it was adequate for our recent stay in Palm Springs.

Shopping, dining, and museums are within walking distance. The weekly street fair and farmer's market is within a block. For convenience it couldn't be better.

The Hyatt Regency suite had a spacious living room with a foldout sofa, a refrigerator,a coffee maker and a large bathroom. The bedroom was crowded with two double beds but the suites that have a king size beds are not as crowded. For our family however the 2 double beds were what we needed. THe location was very good as it is on Palm Canyon Dr where all the shops, etc., are to be found within walking distance.

Lots of shopping and dining places nearby.

The room was just right, clean and very comfortable. The staff helped us find a fireworks show just a few miles away at the Power baseball stadium. The show was great.

regarding the pool

Bring walking shoes!

Overall you can se I was very satisfyied with the hotel. My only complaint is the pool area. First off the pool is extreamly small and over crowded. The area was not very clean. I would only hope the hotel would consider remoldeling the pool area.

Centrally located the Hyatt was perfect for what we were looking for, shopping, dining, and entertainment were all within walking distance, staff was great and very resourseful when we asked questions.The room was large and the balcony view was awesome. I look forward to going back very soon

Strategically located to everything!

This is a spectacular looking hotel if you don't look too close. Expensive attention needs to be placed on renewing floors, walls, tub grout, etc.

California Pizza Kitchen / Starbucks / Casino

Did not get the room we wanted. Suppose to be double bed but received one bed. Rooms were not as clean as i've expected. Waiting for Valuet Parking takes 10 to 20 mins. Towels were old & worn out.

GREAT PRICE, YOU CAN TELL IT USED TO BE A FIRST CLASS HOTEL. DOWNTOWN PALM SPRINGS IS DYING, MANY BUSINESSES ARE CLOSED,AND THIS HOTEL IS HANGING, BUT NOT BEING MAINTAINED. MOST PEOPLE NOW GO TO RANCHO MIRAGE, OR PALM DESERT TO A MEGA RESORT LIKE RITZ MARRIOTT, ETC.
