Hearst Castle is a short drive from the property. Also, the California Mid-state fair is a popular attraction in Late July/early August and the Best Western Atascadero was a perfect location to get to the fair but not caught up in all of the traffic and parking nightmare of the fair.
The Best Western Atascadero was perfect for our needs. It was convenient to all of the destinations we were visiting. The staff was friendly and helpful. Also, the pool and breakfast bar were perfect for my kids. It was a great value, too.
