unexpected company

I stayed at Carousel for two nights, the main reason why we decided to stay there was beacuse of the location which is right across the street from Disneyland and is was easy access, especially when you are with a children. Unfortunately we had some unexpected company-- I happened to wake up the first morning we were there and found a bug,like a roach but much smaller. I thought it might just be a bug that flew in and accidently landed on my bed. By the next morning It really freaked me out when I found the another bug on mi child's bed. That morning we were checking out of the hotel and of course I informed the supervisor of the front desk. I even brought down with me the (roach)bug I had found that morning and showed it to him, I told him that I had found another one the previous day, but he had no reaction to the incident he only asked me if I had reported it before, and that he would informed housekeeping about it. Then I understood if they don't care about their guests why should they be concern in keeping their hotel in good conditions for them.

Downtown Disney is open earlier than the parks so check out the shops there befor going into the parks.

This hotel was in agreat location, across the street from Disneyland. We thought the rooms were small but found we were in are rooms only to sleep so it was not a problem. We have two small children and wanted a hotel that was close to Disneyland but reasonably priced. This hotel met our requirements.

The rooms were clean, the bathroom had plenty of towels, and the beds were large. The location was the best just across the street from Disneyland.

The location is good, right across the street from Disneyland. The continental breakfast is so so, get there before 9:00 when they close.

Disneyland and California Disney are just a walk across the street. It is also nice that it is so close to McDonald's and Denny's for morning breakfasts or just for a quick snack

We always stay at the Carousel Inn. We especially like that it is just a parking lot away from the entrances to both Disneyland and California Disney. It was a little bit noisy on our last stay. I do like the fact that most of the time, you are able to get goods rates on this hotel.

Very convenient location

Access to Disneyland's maingate is about a 5-10 minute walk.

For people with children, this hotel has a very convenient location. Given we were going to be out at the attractions all day, all we wanted was basic comfort. The cleaning people were very good with our rooms. They even arranged my daughter's stuffed animals!

My review of Carousel Inn and Suites

We loved the location. Target was down the road, the Block at Orange was a freeway exit away, Walmart was really close, and Citadell was about a 20 minute drive away.

The room was very comfortable and roomy. The hotel staff at check-in was very accomodating. We were able to leave our car and luggage both before our hotel room was ready and after we checked out in the morning while we were at Disneyland. The location was great and the price was right.

A Disneyland choice!

A great motel for a visit to Disneyland, but book early, it's a favorite!

A very comfortable motel with brand new amenities. the 'family room' area was very small and made the room smaller, but it was nice to have everything in the room. A refrigerator, microwave, and table and chairs were there to enjoy. the elevator was excellent with there being so many floors. when they finish the fitness center it will be a great addition to the pool on the roof. we had a continental breakfast with plenty of choices to eat, even hard boiled eggs. the improvements in the parking and driveway are beautiful, and the addition of Quiznos next door is very convenient. it was only one block from the entrance to Disneyland, so was it was very nice to leave the car and walk.

McDonalds, Denny's, Tony Roma's all within a block.

You can't beat this hotels location. I never realized how handy it would be to be able to walk back and forth from the Disney parks to your hotel. The parking at the hotel is rediculous. They don't have near enough parking spaces and the construction they are doing makes it even worse.
