Terrible Experience!

there is a state prison nearby, which was not noted anywhere with hotel location when choosing a place to stay.
Upon arrival the staff was very unfriendly and uncooperative. They were rude and charged us for having a second person in the room when there was NO extra charge. (They still made us pay!) Upon entering the room, we found there was not even an alarm clock! The television did not work, as you could see some picture through the fuzz but the sound was not clear rather static. The shower was broken, no way to even use it. The bedding was unlcean. We were very dissatisfied, but since it was already 10pm we stayed the night and left the next morning. We do expect a refund for the 3 nights we prepaid but did not stay there. The young woman working the next morning shift refunded us the money we had to pay the night before for having a second person staying in the room. The reservation boasted a breakfast, but there was juice, coffee and maybe a bagel, otherwise nothing to eat or choose from!
